 PRESS RELEASE - FLIGHT DIRECTOR INC. PURCHASES 61,000 SQUARE FOOT OFFICE/WAREHOUSE FACILITY

Austin, TX- September 16, 2005- Flight Director, Inc. by and through its affiliate FD Property Investments LP, purchased the building it has been leasing since 2000. FDI will expand its operations by an additional 20,000 square feet and will now occupy 46,000 square feet of office and warehouse space.

Austin, TX- June 30, 2005- Flight Director Inc. today announced it has obtained a credit facility from Frost National Bank, N.A. The facility provides for (i) refinance of existing debt with Chase/Bank One, (ii) revolving line of credit, and (iii) special projects facility to purchase aircraft and inventory.

Austin, TX- December 1, 2003- Flight Director, Inc. sold two (2) V2500-A1 engines to a US based customer.

FLIGHT DIRECTOR, INC. PURCHASES BOEING 737-300 AIRPLANE- MAY 2003

Austin, TX- May 2003- Flight Director, Inc. purchased one (1) Boeing 737-300 aircraft with two (2) CFM56-3B. The engines were subsequently sold to a US based company.

Terry J. Hix, Vice President stated "the 737-300 purchase will increase our market share in parts sales for this type of aircraft and other compatible models.”

FLIGHT DIRECTOR , INC. PURCHASES AIRBUS A320

Austin, TX- April 10, 2003- Flight Director, Inc. purchased one (1) ex-Sri Lankan Airlines Airbus A320 with V2500-A1 engines. The aircraft was dismantled and all parts are currently at Flight Director Inc. Austin, Texas facility.

Donald J. Hanrahan, President stated that "the A320 acquisition coupled with our previous A300 and A310 purchases will allow Flight Director, Inc. to expand our market share in the Airbus after market and enhance our diverse inventory that currently includes both Boeing and Airbus.”

FLIGHT DIRECTOR, INC. OBTAINS CREDIT FACILITY

Austin, TX- November 20, 2002- Flight Director, Inc. today announced it has obtained a credit facility from Bank One, N.A. The facility provides for (i.) refinance of existing debt with GE Capital Business Credit, (ii.) revolving line of credit, and (iii.) special projects facility to purchase aircraft and inventory.

Donald J. Hanrahan, President stated, "we are extremely excited about entering into this new banking relationship with Bank One. We have reduced our debt by over 40% the past 12 months all the while maintaining profitability. The Bank One facility will provide the necessary resources to continue profitability allowing our strong management and marketing team to actively pursue new acquisitions and expand our marketing base throughout the world.”

Austin, TX- December 18, 2000- Flight Director, Inc. purchased one (1)ex-Hapag-Lloyd Airbus A310-300 (serial number 528) with GE CF6-80-C2 engines. The aircraft, located in Vienna, Austria, will be dismantled.
Donald J. Hanrahan, President stated that "the A310 acquisition will allow Flight Director, Inc. to expand our market share in the Airbus after market and enhance our diverse inventory that currently includes both Boeing and Airbus.”
